No prior experience is needed, everyone is welcome, including families. You’ll be guided throughout the session and surrounded by a friendly, supportive community.

Kopal Gupta is a creative practitioner and trainee psychotherapist based in Leamington Spa and Coventry. She specialises in nature-connected crafts and wellbeing activities, using materials like willow and clay to encourage mindfulness, self-expression, and connection with the natural world. Her workshops offer gentle, nurturing spaces where participants can explore their creativity and reconnect with themselves and nature.
