About Taylor & Amplifi
Taylor Cottrell, founder of the Amplifi Collective and a Radio Academy 30 Under 30 honoree, specialises in audio, social media, and live events. From her early work at BBC Introducing to producing content for the BBC, Taylor now supports independent podcasters, helping turn raw ideas into polished, audience-focused stories.

The Amplifi Collective is a space for emerging creatives to learn, experiment, and gain real industry experience. Through mentorship, hands-on training, and connections to live events and production briefs, Amplifi challenges industry barriers, providing fair pathways and fostering a supportive, inclusive community.

Originally from Coventry, Taylor is passionate about spotlighting the West Midlands and amplifying its vibrant creative communities. This workshop is your chance to explore audio storytelling, develop new skills, and share your voice with confidence.
